No no MB, you must have mistaken Starcraft with World of Warcraft of Warcraft 3. I don't see anything from SC related with japanese games :) It's a RTS game, just like Red Alert 3, Command&Conquer series or Age of Empires... looks like you're referring to a RPG game. Just watch the vids above, it's a great game.
