Well yea I bought a core duo CPU but its not compatible with my chipset so I now have a $50 cpu just sitting in a box still lol.
Umm, FPS is maybe the same, maybe a tiny bit lower though on XP. I just reinstalled 7 so ill test whenever i get SC2 back.
