Yeah I'm saying there will be a limit to its usefulness but 512Mb of Video
dedicated memory would provide beneficial results over 256MB, I did a test
once for a competency where we had two nearly identical cards, both were
nvidia geforce 7600's however one had 256MB of dedicated and the other
512MB, needless to say the 512 averaged an extra 15Fps on our test game
(Fallout 3) over the 256MB, this is so because if you don't have much
dedicated video ram it means it constantly needs to be purged to make room
for more buffered data, this slows down both CPU and GPU performance
effectively bottlenecking your system.
