I am just trying some old games I got for my desktop.
My desktop currently has a problem and can't be used until I find out whether it's the motheboard or RAM and replace it. So right now I am try all my old games on my crappy laptop. I have Quake 4 and tried it without and config tweaks and it runs really slow in most areas. I know the intel gpu is bad with lighting, shadows, reflections and other similar things but I don't have experience with this engine nor do I know all the commands. I tried half life 2 which runs wonderfully except it lags a little in large water areas and there is this weird stutter glitch which happens in scripted scenes a lot. the source engine and the engine used for quake 4 and doom 3 can be heavily tweaked and I just thought asking a specialized thread with people who use the same gpu would be easier. -- INTEL 9xx SOLDIERS SANS FRONTIERS
