Well i have no idea of how much a rupe is but i know that Nvidia GeForce GT 200 is a good priced card who can play Crysis at medium with no problem, It is sold for about 70 Euros depending on where you buy it. I would also recommend you to put in 1 GB more of ram since you are on Vista.
