I think mainboard with integrated 945 won't support new GPU, or even if they are compatible, they won't run at their max performance. You must read the mainboard manual first. ATI 4650 or 4670 is very famous (not sure Angelic Tears meant 4650 or 4560) nvidia gefore u can choose a 9600 GT or older 8800... Anyway, take a careful look at the Memory Bus and Memory type, bus shouldn't be under 128 and memory type should be ddr3
