Are you new here? Anyway yes we all test this, to pretty much every game we play, it can improve performance pretty dramatically on some games while on others it may even degrade or have no difference. A new thing we found is by using the add game reg file to change the value to 2 instead of 1 or 0. I suggest you test all of them to see which gives you the best performance.
