What most seem to forget is that readyboost does work great if: the
memory stick is at least the same size of the ram you have installed
(double would be perfect); memory stick speed has to be acceptable for
the job (meaning at least 5mb/s); readyboost is only meant to make
windows more smooth, games actually run slower.
I did benchmarks on several computers with different specs, as well as
different performing usb drives, and not even my own flash drive with
more than 25mb/s did help at all in games, only while working with
windows.
