I believe most requirements are always wrong. And games are funny little pieces of software. I've seen almost 10yo games use up to 600MB of ram while at the same time right now I'm playing a game from 2005 with already some graphic load that uses less than 100MB but ramps up the cpu like crazy. You should never enables any shaders whatsoever, I'm yet to see the gma 950 handling shaders minimally well.
