Readyboost is awesome, I use it now with a 2GB SD card on my new
laptop with 3GB of RAM and x64 windows and I still notice a speedup.

Also for my 950GMA notebook, the ram I have in it has a max speed of
333Mhz but it's only clocked at 222Mhz (reports from CPU-Z and
memtest86+) And it stays at 222Mhz even when I use only 1 of the
sticks.
