Again, the 940 supports up to 533MHz. When it says 333, you have to multiply by 2 to get the actual speed, resulting in ~667MHz. Readyboost works with SD cards if the reader is integrated (no usb hubs) and with high performance usb flash drives. You should have 266MHz for your ram, that multiplied gives you 533 which is (or should be) your actual speed.
