I'm sorry but 4GB is the standard now, many times I find my 2GB all used up and the computer crawling. Rich kids brag about 12, 16 or 24GB, 6 and 8GB are common as it's what comes with DDR3 enables computers. And please notice I'm talking about real computers, meaning desktops, not these toys we are using, called laptops :SSS And yes, 4GB is enough for current gen and older games, but from now on it will become the bare minimum. Let me give you an example, I have 2GB and while having firefox on the background I open C&C 3, I suddenly find myself as having less than 100MB free, and if I happen to alt-tab the whole windows is quite slow.
