I don't know if I posted this here, or on OCN.  But swiftshader for:

CoD4, min settings, 640x480

got barely over 7-15FPS (FRAPS, not recording, just using the benchmark
recoding tool for FPS) using a:

Core i7 930, 2.9GHz (Turbo mode) with all 8 threads.




It's not going to get much faster, unless if it hates virtual threads and
loves real core more...
