Abhishek Indoria didn't say if his system was agp or pcie, and if it is the former then forget about those atis you recommended, as well as any recent nvidias. But if it is pcie, then I recommend a 9800GT or 9800GTX, or even a GTS250 for the added GDDR5. If for some reason he might be going for ati, then go for HD 5xxx series, as 4xxx series are hardware bugged, and anything below that just isn't worth the cash.
