@IntelGrated well for the shader 2 question, it depends on the game or shader requirement it self...some games required SM2.0 a or b..which GMA 950 cant support hardware wise...while any SM2.0 game should work though...most games required VS2.0 should work, and most games that requires PS2.0 should have performance improvements..
