Let's not go to those intels running at 4ghz+. Still, if you can spend 500$ you can get a core i3 with 2 logical processors, each handling 2 threads, paired with a geforce g310, which will last you a couple years running at medium to minimum settings with at least 30fps in general. And yes, I say IN GENERAL, for those who might say "oh crysis might not run so fast" and stuff like that :P Anyway, if you care for further advises, just buzz me at facebook Angelic :)
