oh i said Before , not ALL the DLLs of DX9 get installed by Default , its Somthin Bullshit from microsoft this problem happened with me , and i said before the Error happened when i was trying to run Rainbow 6 Vegas 2 it said D3d DX9 is missing , so dont count that microsoft does everything for u on a golden plate
