to clear things up, haze / hussam is right..although Windows 7 have DX9 and
DX10 - 11 installed , some of the D3D9 files have been missing..
for example win7 have until  d3dx9_30.dll in the system32 folder...
i myself have the habit on installing all d3dx9_xx.dll file up to
d3dx9_43.dll to play almost all dx9 games after windows reinstallation ..u
could find all in some resources...and available for free..
