no , there is many guys here play it on 950 GMA with normal FPS im sure its either of 2 things
1- ur connection (make sure no one is downloading or using the net intensivly ) 2- u hav a background process which is consuming ur CPU -- 9xx SOLDIERS SANS FRONTIERS
