EA servers are still under a very heavy load, with all the latest updates it still has more stutter than on the final unfinished beta. I'm running at 1024x768, it's mostly playable, except when there are a ton of cars on screen. The lag is still a serious issue with this game, and the further you are from one of their servers, the worse.
