well, if u heard that right, it's insanely ridiculous for Direct2D web
rendering to use DX10 API..just what 2D rendering have to do with DX10
dynamic flow API??

back to the question, indeed i have tested on V1.1 and V1.2 Sherry for html5
and dxva..
html5 will perform smooth as long as it doesnt involve complex
graphics...dxva also works flawlessly but it depends on users systems,
sometimes a CPU accelerated Video playback is faster than GMA
accelerated...but yes it works with GMA...and with the right plugin and
codec..i have tested it on Windows 7 Codec by Shark if im not mistaken and
MPC Home Cinema...
