Exactly. But if you develop a x64 driver first, then all people with x86 computers won't be able to use it, right? While if a x86 driver is developed first, as it's happening now, then both x86 and x64 computers can use it. And until now, all x86 drivers have better performance than x64 ones, on both intel, nvidia and ati. Actually almost all things, games, apps, whatever, perform better on a x86 windows than on a x64 version. That's something for you to think about...
