[9xxssf] CnC 3 Tiberium wars with low shader

Hi all, as many GMA 950 owners know that CnC3TW will keep crashing
when shaders are set to "low" but I can play with low shaders withou
any crashes, solution is:
use addgame.reg to "cnc3game.dat" file (extension is DAT, not EXE) and
have fun with low shaders :)))
