GMA 900 is slower than that geforce, THEfog. Since he didn't mention his cpu, os, etc etc etc, I can't really know what might be making it turn the wrong way. But even 915 and 945 chipsets being slower, they can run morrowind with most settings on high, except draw distance, obviously.
