I installed Fallout New Vegas on my laptop with these specs: Core2Duo T7200 2.0gHz 2.5GB DDR2 RAM x3100 Stock Drivers (Modded drivers don't work well for me) Vista SP2 HP 2X 60GB HDD
I put settings and resolution on low and added the following console commands to tweak the performance even more: tlv tt tdr tll tfow tra tws tg tdb stmb 0 fov 50 (preference) Indoors has no lag while the wastes is sort of playable.
