well guys, sorry to report that the 1.1E drivers didnt make a
difference.  Still no option for scaling on teh display settings tab.
And for what its worth, no Information button either, so I can't dump
any more info like from before.  This is mindblowing.. the wierdest
part is that the very same Mac Mini (and its same GMA 950) DOES scale
games to full screen when running under OSX... just no option under
Win 7.  Isn't it possible that it's because of my TV?  Or maybe
because I'm connected thru DVI, not HDMI.   But no.. that shouldnt
matter because like I said, if I just boot into OSX, it works fine...
ARGHHH!!!!!

I'm very appreciative of your help... if you have any last ideas
please shoot em' my way.  Is there no config file or such where I can
just hand-code the setting for scaling?  I tried to tweak the registry
setting called 'Primary Aspect Ratio', but it didnt seem to make any
difference.
