[9xxssf] League of Legends unplayable fps

I don't know if I'm encroaching on 9xx turf here, but I cannot run
League of Legends on my x4500m(no hd) with 1 gig ram on vista.

I get the same fps I did on my modded 945 :(

Any help getting 30+?
