Well , I'm on x3100 and Fps goes from 9 to 30 , but it's playable. First off , DON'T run it with SWTNL. Graphic Settings to low/very low , no shadows, make sure you use the same desktop resolution as the game ( 1024 is the best for me ).
If you wanna go technical even more you can change some of the graphic settings in the config files.
