for most part, 64 bit allows more data per operation done by the OS...so overall improvements for 64 bit enabled CPU, that's just general... other than that there's still none major cause to make such drastic changes from 32 bit...but most gamers / photoshop users / video editors / servers and etc with 64 bit optimized games / software will benefit much more with 64 bit OS..im just worried about drivers support.
