Well GMABooster was proven to do something for me under OS X lol (via
Xbench result) but games wern't affected at all (maybe 1-2FPS if
anything) and this is from 200Mhz to 400Mhz. So it MAY do something
but your probably not going to notice it lol

As for XP, it's meh lol. If you have weak computer specs (for
instance, a 950GMA, 1.6Ghz Single Core Celeron, 2GB RAM), most games
will be better under XP (WoW, War3, D2, etc), but that leaves some
games unplayable or close to it (source engine games have
significantly lower performance).
