+ForceWindowed=1 Forcing border increases the performance by 2-3 FPS.
its a feature i always add to my drivers, some dont like the game running in a smaller frame but i rather get 3 FPS more and better visual quality than a bigger image. -- 9xx SOLDIERS SANS FRONTIERS
