if u consider apple affordable, look up other brands with the same specs, or look up other brands in the same price range. boom, u got urself a mid-high end Acer. Better yet, build it yourself. I know that won't be popular tho... I simply can't understand what makes any brand better if it has the exact same specs. Ofcourse not talking about noname crap.
