correct me if im wrong, its a Gigabyte product right? according to some googling, it may be possible, although default setting for that mobo is to allow only a max of 667MHz, it can downclock ur RAM to from 800MHz to 667MHz.. although in most cases, ur system might not be able to start at all, varying from BIOS setting..
