Yes, higher speed memory can be paired with slower one, like said
before the faster will be downclocked. It has been this way ever since
we started using SIMM modules. Though, it is not recommended due to
stability issues that can occur. I'd look some more for 667MHz
modules, but if you really can't find, then 800 will work. Your
motherboard supports up to 667MHz.
