Hi brothers,
I have some doubts about folding @ home and I'd like to know your
opinion about them =)

1- Is it possible to do the folding while you are offline?
I haven't got a flat plan so the alternative for me is: paying 2 euros/
hour (3$ per hour) on my regular internet plan or use my Vodafone
Internet Key from 10pm to 7am (but with a 10Gb traffic limit wich is
annoying since if you pass the limit in a month they "cut your line"
assuming you are doing piracy and the only suggestion they give if you
want to avoid that is... "buy another key"... ... ... welcome in Italy
where we have digital divide). My Idea was to connect 10 minutes a day
and submit the resoults to the server, after folding the whole night
offline ( I can't do it during day as my 2 years old sister is quite
intrested in the "study of the relationships between pcs, teddies and
crayons" at the moment and I'd better keep my lappy in a safe hidden
place  =) )

2- which client do you think is the most suitable for us i n t e l
users?
I only have a lappy with x3100 and a T7250, I assume I'd better use
the basic client but every suggestion is appreciated (other specs are
on the old specs page (what about reviving it and sticking it on top
again?))

3-am I risking overheating if I leave it on the whole night? should I
set cpu usage at 50% in order to avoid damages?

4-
