First, GMA 3100 (desktop) is the equivalent of GMA 950 with basically the same performance. Second, 1GB of meemory for running PCSX2 is a very little amount, 2GB is the absolute minimum. Using a few speedhacks help, as long as it doesn't fully break the game's graphics, and using resolutions lower than 640x480 is a joke in today's computing, after all mobile devices have higher resolution.
People have to remember that even dedicated gpus on quad core machines have issues running PCSX2, also because the PS2 itself is a rather hard system to emulate. Also, I've noticed that that suspicious character that was talking nonsense about CoD is here, so this thread is even more suspicious. Anyway BigHead, I'm not trying to put you down, I'm only saying that the PCSX2 community recommended specs are 2GB+ of memory, a quad core CPU, and a 9800GTX. So that whatever conclusions you can from that. Though I hope things improve further like they did from v0.9.4 to 0.9.7.
