did u try lowering the graphics settings??? and plzz note, there r 3 phases of gfx settings, they are, static lighting,dynamic lighting and fully dynamic lighting, try using static lighting and disable anti- aliasing at any cost, use static lighting and use resolution 800x600. then disable unwanted detailing. and lag is also caused by this stupid EAX which is very unfriendly with xrengine so go to audio and disable EAX. And use Sherry drivers v1.2 for win7.
