Defragging Every fortnight is a good idea, also after installing. If anything Defragging will increase the life of your hard drive as it will shorten the average time the read-write head spends flying around looking for non-sequential data patterns.
Swap file should in all reality be not set above 2GB and can effectly shrunk as more RAM is installed. That laptop is way too hot, running at a temperature like that can half the life expectency of the laptop's components. CCleaner is the best out there, ATF cleaner is also rather usefull. I've heard good things about other tuneup utilitys but I never play around with them. THEfog On 18/04/2011 10:34 PM, "Daniel Estrazulas" <[email protected]> wrote: Helo brothers!
