Good to know it worked out for you. My cpu used to go between 65-85ºC
by default, after undervolted it lowered to 50-75ºC. I could push
voltages lower, but I want to have a security margin to avoid the
system shutting down. Also, I don't think having the same voltage for
both 6x and 10x is a good idea, depending on the value it is, which
1,0750 might be a bit too low.
The thing to remember is that Core Duo cpus have a critical thermal
temp of 95-105, but the system should shut down by itself if it
reaches those themps, to avoid causing terminal damage.

Defrag your hdd once every 15 days, or have an intelligent defrag app
do automatic selective defrags when the system is idle. And yes,
defragging does reduce the hdd lifespan, which is why you shouldn't
defrag every day.

Windows optimizations should be done by hand, not through automatic
apps. Ccleaner is good to clean temps and most registry issues (not
all, though).
