That's a more tricky issue. I agree that most cellphones have terrible sound quality :( Right now, the only phones that have actual good quality are smartphones, more specifically PDAs. Things like Samsung Galaxy S, Nokia N900, iPhone 3GS/4. But if you get both an iPod (as a media player) or an iPhone, keep in mind you have to get a LOD (line out dock) cable to bypass the horrible amp used in both iPhone and iPod.
Unfortunately, there aren't any budget cellphones with good audio quality :'( On 24 Abr, 02:47, "Rafael ." <[email protected]> wrote: > i see...what about cellphones? Those sony ericsson have a really awfull > sound quality D; .Any1 you recommend?Don't need super powerful cameras > or touch screen, just a good music player and maybe an average > camera,in a low price cell... > > On 23 abr, 22:35, tribaljet <[email protected]> wrote: > > > > > > > > > Yes Rafael, portable music players differ between themselves, just > > like computer parts, in a lot of things, like raw SQ, EQ features, > > formats supported, among other things. > > > There are quite some brands with good players, but even in the same > > brand you can have a good product and a bad product. > > > Overall, I find that for people who are on a budget and want to get a > > cheap yet good performing audio player, the Sansa Clip+ is a great > > budget player, with an average cost of $50 for the 4/8GB version (it > > also has a card slot for more expansion). > > For higher quality ones, you have players like Samsung P3, Cowon S9/J3 > > and iPod 5.5G, which are very good media players (these also do > > video), and then there are the high end players that go for $500 and > > more, but they're the highest portable audio quality there is, and can > > even be used as soundcards on a pc :) but given the price, I'll leave > > those out, since you asked for price to performance ratio. > > > Again, the Sansa Clip+ is a very good budget player, and both Samsung > > P3 and Cowon S9 or J3 are wonderful players.
