first go to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\EA GAMES\Need for Speed Most Wanted\" in the registry.
the in all the setting u can find, u can see a key that mentioned visualtreatment or some sort...i forgot, but change it to value "1" in decimal, then start game without looking to the video setting/...
