Wait, Have you tried turning off the enb series to see if the problem still occurs? On that Youtube video, Did you correctly set the enb series like in that video's description? I just got enb on my San Andreas 3 hours ago on that video link you typed. Well, The only problem for me is too much reflection. Looks like you are blind when you look at the game :P
