hey fellas, Just shooting a message out again - just really cant believe how good these mods have gone for my laptop. now running avalon and alpha 2 on my gma 950 notebook running win 7 64 bit, its only got a celeron m 520 but have a t7200 c2d coming in the mail that should be a nice upgrade. 1.5gig but going to 2 gig soon then it will be maxed out.
Im having a problem in Max Payne 2, it looks good but constant flashing glitches interfere with gameplay. Is there a setting that I should turn off? some other questions - Is avalon only going to give the best increases on setups with a good cpu - I havent realised any massive degradation of quality using it so I think it will stay anyway. Not really sure whats going on with the addgame.reg. essentially it does the same thing as intel display management tool 2.0 right. changes the vertex mode to software which off loads from the GPU right.
