True, workers bonuses do sound sweet. But the thing about both those corps is that a person needs a certain "cool" profile besides computer knowledge. While this might sound silly, it is a reality, and was well debated during an analysis over which employer would be better, microsoft or google, and people that went for the long term eventually preferred microsoft.
