Dear all, I have found the origin of the problem. It is at: QWidgetPrivate::childAtRecursiveHelper, in the line:
if (includeFrame && qobject_cast<QToolBar *>(child)) Probably don't calling this function with includeFrame from QWidgetPrivate::childAt_helper solves the problem and creates a new one. For now it works for me.
