It depends who pays and in what country they are located. If the main
market is in a country were rates are 15 USD/h then you compete with the
local translators, no matter where the end-client is located. I am paid
between 15-40 USD per hour - depending on the location of the agency and
the competing translator market for the particular language I work into.
