Pouvez-vous m'indiquer comment vous comprenez "where its administration
could take place alongside other work" dans la phrase suivante :

"the government concluded that responsibility for funding such work
should be transferred to the Department for Education and to the Welsh
Office, from 1999-00, where its administration could take place
alongside other work promoting improvements in educational achievement".
