Italian:
Tanica (or "tanca", according to the dictionary, but it's the fisrt time I
hear it; it seems that "tanca" is the technical terma and "tanica" the
popular one) has the same meaning as "tank" (1, cisterna) and comes from
English.
Russian:
the dictionary says:
tank 1: carro de combate
tank 2: cisterna
No mention of ethymology
