Yo just remarcat que in Interlingue hay:

  CONCERNER -> CONCERNENT

ma ne:

  "pertiner" -> PERTINENT

Anc in hispan es tot sam.

Segun li Reyal Lingue-Academie Hispan, li orígine de "pertinent" es (tot
traductet):

  Del latin pertĭnens, -entis, participie present activ de pertinēre
  'apartener', 'concerner'.

On ne trova "pertiner" in Cosmoglotta, ma it sembla me un natural e util
retroderivation de "pertinent", plu minu vice "esser pertinent":

  Ti-ci pertine plu quam ti-ta.
  Li utensilie pertinet bon.
  Tal mobles va pertiner mal in vor dom.

Tant usas e nuanties quam tis de "(ín)pertinent"!
