Tim: Can you please send me a copy of your CrashReporter log? You can enable CrashReporter via the Preferences dialog of the Console application (located in /Applications/Utilities/). When an application 'unexpectedly quits', Mac OS X will create a log file containing pertinent crash information for just that application.
The AppleTalk issue may be related to some changes I made for Jaguar. Can you open the 'About InterMapper' window and check the AppleTalk address stats listed in the About box (You need to click the "Stats" hyperlink.)?
